WCG was founded in 2002 by Robert E. Wallis, who currently serves as WCG’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Wallis has spent more than 15 years working in the HR programs and benefits outsourcing arena for such companies as Fidelity Investments, Hewitt Associates and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
Mr. Wallis’ vision for WCG is to deliver predictable results by optimizing productivity through the pairing of experienced talent and intuitive tools.
